this is extremely well written. the wordplay is next level. goat mixture of metaphors and play on how words sound/look. i like the NBA 2k thing. you got a good amount of intricate bars that only people paying attention would get, which i fukk with.

Cool concept, good timing with the playoffs in full swing right now too. The 2nd stanza of the hook seemed a little forced to fit the concept, the flow felt off and the wordplay wasn't as slick as the 1st stanza. A couple of the lines in the verses felt forced also, that Gamefly line was weak compared to the other lines. Other than that though it was cool, the beat was solid and you did your thing.

The singles are just that. Singles. They all serve a purpose. I'm good on beats, you'll see when shyt drops. Definitely have some boom bap on the album.


And as far as the "picking a beat for the concept" line, I'ma always go left, my nikka. I make my own lanes. If I wanna make a joint hippity hip hop heads, melody chasers, and street nikkas can all fukk wit, just to show how mean my pen is, I'ma do that, little nikka.



I put all of 8 hours into this song. From writing, to beat selection, to beat editing, mixing & mastering (mostly done by myself), recording and the engineers work...8 hours. Imagine what I could do in Drizzy tents



When is the last time you heard a concept song with wordplay, quotables, melodies, punchlines, flow switches, humor, coming from a credible artist? Go head, I'll wait.



Fact of the matter is, I'm cooking up something special. This was all planned last summer in Camden County Jail, NJ. Now a nikka done bailed out wit 17k on chopper charges, linked up with Money & Violence, VH1, a few up and coming ventures that'll be profitable, preforming in NYC every other week, and fighting the gun case while on the run from another in a different state.




I can't relate to nikkas wit certifications and high paying, low-risk lifestyles. But more power to y'all; I'm just doing my thing.

I produce a bit and engineer myself. I keep poppin in ya threads, pretty damn impressed. Great structure and ya floating on the beat. Flow is pretty Not to mention your mixes are always clean and vocals sit right in the pocket. Sounding more and more ready for an album.

I've always had trouble mixing rap vocals on top of a 2-track instrumental that isn't tracked out ( which is why I thought it'd be dope if you can let us know).
