That’s not going to go anywhere in this town but he has some good ideas and energy.

My Plan For Affordable Housing In D.C.
As for the autonomous areas, that would have been more achievable 30 years ago. He should take that proposal somewhere they have the space to do it. Richmond or MD Eastern shore might work. Cuz DC is getting developed and colonized. End of story.

there are plenty of AA majority cities and counties he could move to with their own mayors, counsels, police, etc etc if he wanted to split up DC like that.
