He could film both at the same time.... Dean Norris did that with Under the Dome and Breaking Bad. I think they wrapped up filming season 5 of TWD like last year, I follow the filming spoilers of that show on another forum and it hasn't been active in a minute. Was on Danai's twitter a couple of days ago and she doing something with a play at the moment.
