I use this page for proxies but they might not have any CA ones right now so check other free proxy sites. I had a Canadian one a few weeks ago. I switched to that because the previous one was from S. America and made Yahoo display its pages in Spanish.
If you have FireFox, Go to Tools..then options, then Advanced..then Network..then Connections and put the numbers in Manual Proxy..then click use for all protocols. Sometimes you have to try a few before one works.
