The black owners wanted to sell and rather than sell it to black buyers (to keep it black), they sold them to non-blacks cause they had more money to offer...

also people who commit violent crimes go to jail and pay a price

Naw I didn't really get to elaborate. It's kids that used to get dumped walking home from school when I was growing up. I remember one dude snitched and the pushed a glock in his face. They pulled a gun on a girl in the 6th grade cause she winning fights at school. There is no more real community parents breh. Would love to see all black pta meetings.

I don't know about cities, but violence in detroit has to do with the lack of police

the police and fire departments are broke, there aren't enough police, aren't enough fire trucks etc

when people call the police they don't show up most of the time

and when they do it's 8 hours later

and a lot of times police are afraid to respond because guys in the streets are heavily armed a lot of times who commit crimes

you don't need a license to even drive in detroit, they don't pull anyone over

too many real crimes to focus on

streets can be easily be cleaned up, we need more black men to be police officers
