So let's get this straight, I'm fine with Cena being back I've never been one of these Cena hater types. He's a good wrestler. Roman Reigns is a good wrestler too. No issue with either guy.

But we've now reached the point where other potential top babyfaces are being forced into heel roles to keep in line with the status quo.

Roman is supposed to be the top face on one show. Cena on the other. That's straight from Vince, right.

So we have AJ Styles who is receiving great babyface reactions since his debut but nope, instead of seeing how that can play out, he gotta go heel :mjlol:

Seth Rollins comes back off a lengthy break due to injury. He receives a monster pop. The following night he's right back into the chickenshyt heel role. :mjlol:

New Era, same Vince. :manny:

posted this in the Raw thread, but why not :yeshrug:

to do list,

- eventually slow down Rollins to make Roman look strong

- keep Roman as "The Guy" instead of turning him heel for 6-12 months and allowing a natural turn happen

- bury A.J. Styles because he isn't a homegrown, NXT robot

AJ turning heel and winning the belt would've made sense with the story they told with him/gallows/Anderson/Reigns but this is mad random lol.

I haven't watched raw in a while but did he even associate with "the club" since extreme rules?
They broke up last week because he blamed them for costing him the title :francis:

It was surprising in a way but It reminded me of when the nWo would get back together again. It's diminishing returns and there were audible groans in the audience. Prior to the turn they couldn't stop chanting "AJ Styles!!"

then the turn happens and everyone looking around like :ld:

Note to WWE management: people want to cheer AJ, dummies :pachaha:

that was the nail in the coffin for AJ

And I thought the brand split meant they would position him as a top guy on smackdown :mjlol:

I dont have an issue with AJ turning but i do have an issue with it being against a returning face John Cena. Unless this is Cena's retirement job tour
its not
then i dont see the point. AJ did a good enough job of legitimizing himself despite shytty booking from pretty much the start.

I just want Aj and the Bullet Club kept as far away from Cena as possible. AJ has to be treated like the star he is for this angle to work.

Those Styles chants should've let them know he should be a top face. Dude is selling mad merchandise, and the crowd loves him. I don't get it. I liked AJ's aggressiveness and focus, but come on, you could've just had him be an edgier face

John Cena ain't no goddamn good wrestler. He no sells all the fukking time to ruin matches. A lot of you guys don't know what good matches are..how the fukk can you watch a Eddie match and then act like the Cena bull$hit from the last 8 years compare? Crazy.

Reigns? This guy just kicked out of a damn Hydrogen Bomb the last PPV basically and won. Good wrestling? Close pinfalls..good drama? OK. But that's not good wrestling. that's hilarious and silly.

If WWE had a prime Goldberg, they'd probably turn him heel and have him job to the AA or Reigns' inferior spear. :francis:
