So, check this shyt out. I buy a phone for my girl from a guy on Craigslist. Phone comes with Otterbox which is very very used. Dude tells me to call Otterbox and tell em that my case is broken/stretched out/messed up and they'll replace it. I hit him with the 
and he swore up and down shyt was legit. Fast forward a week later, I get the same model phone so I decide to try it out. I tell the Otterbox CSR that I bought the phone AND the Otterbox at the same time at the AT&T store about 7-8 months ago(case only has 1 yr warranty) and that I went in and talked with the AT&T Rep about my Otterbox being cracked and not holding the rubber shell in place, who in turn told me to call Otterbox about a possible replacement. Simple ass lie, easy to pull off. And bam, couple of questions, then it's sent. As I type this, I am still waiting on the order to process because as the CSR put it in CACology "we're swamped with a boatload of iphone 5 orders".
At the end of the day, I get a free Otterbox by just telling them a simple lie..it worked so well that I coached my girl through a phone call to them(she can't lie for shyt)and they actually bought it and sent another one to her work address. That's $100 if I order from Otterbox...and I get em for free.
Sidenote: First time I called, CSR tells me to save the Otterbox because they might have me send pictures next time?!? Wtf kinda next time there gonna be? Also, guy who sold me the phone said they might ask for number off of case...just tell them that the number has been rubbed and worn to the point where you can't make out all the numbers and just give them like 3 or so random numbers and you'll be straight.
