Well it looks like they might have went the analytics route, this guy is one of those guys that pretty much had to do everything from waterboy, to AV guy, etc. to get where he is. The thing with Chauncey is that he's a former player and generally speaking former player GMs don't typically believe in tanking or flipping talent, so they went with a guy that will probably be more interested in team stacking than putting treadmill teams out there.
