You know whats funny is it might always be night. I always wondered if Day is an illusion created in our visual cortex. It just the solar energy causes the gases the surround the atmosphere to glow so and your eyes pick up on the reflections, and we experience what we call day. But behind that it's just "darkness" of space. What we see is not what is. Our mind may actually be playing tricks on us.
