People in Trenton got a distinct accent. Can’t really describe it.
South Jersey and Philly have different slangs depending how far you go. I know people out Pleasantville and AC that never even been to Philly.

People from Newark, Irvington, Paterson,EO, that area don’t sound like New Yorkers although they are close by. You can tell. Accent and slang be different.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.

That makes sense Atlantic City is almost as far away from philly as NYC. Maybe 30 minute difference.

nikkas in Jersey City be saying shyt like ‘what’s good cut’ or ‘what’s good cutty’...’cut’ or ‘cutty’ similar to ‘fam’

never heard NY nikkas talk like that

I’m in Jersey all the time and never paid my mind to how they speak since they sound just as east coast as New Yorkers. Their accent didn’t seem obviously different like it does in Philly.

I’m speaking about Newark, Irvington and The Oranges.

Not really familair with Jersey City like that.
