I heard this on Cipha's podcast feed (it's called The Guest Spot)
I feel like I was one of the few people who liked Juan Ep when it was just the two of them (not more than with guests) so this was an OK listen to hear them catch up.

Didn’t know Ciph had a podcast. Juan Ep was the first podcast I ever listened to. Still thought it just online radio at the time. Was sad to see it go, but agreed it was getting pretty stale. All interviews always sounded rushed and too all over the place. The minute they got a good flow going it would be, hey that’s our time, we need to set up a part 2. Did enjoy their eps with just them, but they never really tried to hone in on that. About to go check out Guest Spot now.
Rosenberg is too unfocused to ever consistently do anything.

I only listened to one of first episodes and It was trash. Had high hopes for it cause Tyson is great personality. Always like hearing him tell stories.

Please tell me he doesn't do that or is it basically a platform for him to practice trying to be funny?
it got better, he had lennox lewis on one ep and they were just talking shyt. He let tyson guide the episodes for the most part

I don't listen to Guest Spot, I just did a random search in my Podcast app last week and found his podcast and only listened to the "Juan Ep Back?" episode.
I like Ciph, but I don't think he's particularly funny as a comedian, but with Rosenberg they're just two corny dudes who know and are around hip-hop so it worked.
It really was lightning in a bottle and I hope in time they figure something out. An episode every couple months or something.
