Great record. The fact this didn't make the cut on Food & Liquor 2 is beyond me. This is better than about half that album easy.

I think it was meant for the scrapped second part of the album.

The beat reminds me of this.

You can tell by his laid back delivery that this is definitely f&l 2 material though. Glad he upped his energy for T&Y.

Liking the relaxed flow here, I need to go back and revisit F&L 2 after listening to T&Y so many times

I love this song man. I think he’d have a wider base if he took this approach more, he’s being informative and saying something while still rapping rapping and the song is just good and linear…it’s very easy to follow, your thinking cap doesn’t have to be fully on to understand what he’s talking about. “Bish Bad” was another joint in that lane. A lot of times Lupe underestimates the listeners stupidity, lol
