I like it. I’d listen to this over anything on my local radio station tbfr
Sounds good ..killed that 2nd verse
I hear more Jay Rock than Freeway after listening to a few songs. I'm going to write a bit because this is one of the few times when someone asked me to listen to their music and my face wasn't after hearing it.
Your newer releases sound better than the older ones. I like the songs when you rap over other peoples beats more. I think that if you can link up with a producer and work on your hooks you could take it to the next level. I'm not sure what your goals are but you're more talented than most of the people on Elevator and that's a reachable goal for you if thats what you want.
Safe sounds really good but you should save doubling up the vocals for bars that you want to highlight. Your rapping voice is dynamic enough that you don't need it. You might not need it at all but thats hard to say without hearing it that way. I did like the hook on this song.
Please change the hook on Stranger Things. That song is really good and the hook holds it down.
Keep doing your thing
Wow thank you for taking the time to do the write up, I appreciate that fr. My #1 goal at this point is to drop my album before I turn 25 later this year, I'm about 10 tracks deep and I'm aiming for 13 total.
Aside from that I applied for this travel abroad Hip Hop program that does Hip Hop missions in other countries. I stay visible in the Hip Hop cyphers and events in my area, biggest thing I don't have at this point is product so I'm focusing on that.
I've never looked into what it took to get on Elevator but I'm definitely gon check it out
And yeah 100% I need to fix that hook on Stranger Things, I feel the same way. I appreciate you taking the time to listen to my other material and of course for sharing your opinion, respect bro
I'll check it out later today.
i'm feeling the rhyme scheme on ambidextrous to manifest grip, dope. you keep improving lyrically
wish it was mixed a little bit better though because the track is dope
Believe it or not I'm sitting on two or three album cuts that imo are better lyrically than this one
This is dope! That beat The lyrics .
I kinda feel like a diff (maybe softer? still trying to figure it out) tone would have worked a lil better when combined with the beat, but either way it's dope!
I got the same feedback about the delivery from somebody else, in a way the lyrics are more intense than the beat but the beat still captures the feeling I wanted to deliver with this so maybe there is an in-between
Finally got around to listening to this and GOD DAMN this the dopest shyt you done so far, I love it.
Beat is fire and dope bars. You kinda remind me of Jay Rock a little bit which is dope.
