This is further proof that they are up to no good. What are you doing on your job that you would be embarrassed for the public to hear and to see and to know?

They are public employees and they should be suspended every time that they take steps to conceal something regarding their duties from the public.

I got around the YouTube content ID software one time by stopping the audio after every two seconds or so. The software takes 3 second intervals as markers and does that throughout the song to make a unique fingerprint. So the hack I used was to stop it every two seconds, so the software wouldn’t be able to create any markers to compare. Slowing down or speeding up the pitch didn’t work. But stoping after every 2 seconds did. So nice try police, but it’s still a workaround for this :umad:

People should apply pressure to YouTube when cops do this. :hubie:

Youtube won’t be able to do anything. YouTube not gonna turn off their content ID software just cause cops pulling this little trick. That software automatically scans every upload for copyright infringement.

Now the thing is, just because a cop uses this tactic doesn’t mean it will work. First of all, the artist has to be signed up for content ID. A lot of older songs and a good number of artist, the system wouldn’t flag because they not registered. And also, just because a song is flagged dosent mean the video will get taken down. Artist who are signed up set their parameters to either have the video removed, or have ads run on the video and get monetization off of it. A lot of artist choose monetization. I had a video with Ice Cube good day and it didn’t get flagged. The system for sure caught it cause I didn’t alter anything. That lets me know the parameters for that song set to monetize. On the other hand, you upload any video with a Jay Z song in the background on YouTube and it’s getting removed immediately. He got all his shyt set to remove.
