2nd time in about a week some new attention-seeking poster has made a thread right off the bat in tlr. It's ridiculous.

Need to set the bar at like 65 posts or something.

We already had a similar rule b4 the upgrade. I don't think it's anything too crazy.

the era that I signed up in, new posters needed 100 posts to make a thread. 65 is plenty reasonable.
