New PS4 AAA title for 2014?

The only game that looks appealing on that list is Rime.

The order is a 3rd person shooter.

Kinect sports is family fun. I don't know about AAA but its more appealing than any of the "family fun" games announced for ps4 thus far.

Infamous and killzone seem like they will be good games, but they weren't really burning up the charts last gen, and I don't expect that to change.

And unless I have stock in Sony or the companies developing the games, why would chart placement matter?

Why just you reach for a downside to everything Sony has or does?

Was illmatic not a classic album since it did fairly mediocre sales wise when it dropped?

By charts I'm not just talking about sales. I'm talking about the games place in the hearts and minds of gamers. Neither of those games are very highly regarded to most gamers.

Not reaching for downsides. I said the games were not very appealing to me. I've played the previous iterations and I have no interest in the sequels

If Sony put out a survey and asked fans which games they wanted, killzone and infamous would be at the bottom of the list. That's it. They aren't bad games but they are not sony's flagship titles either.

All games with huge budgets, all flopped.

Now a game like Valkariya chronicles? It can sell low and still be a great game

I think the idea of a first party AAA is gonna kill the industry. Microsoft could afford for Halo to be on one console but bungie couldn't handle. Tomb Raider sold 4 million and it was a disappointment. Last of us did 5 cause it was only on one console and they weren't overjoyed. You can keep thinking its all good but they will either lower the budgets or make one every 4 years. We are losing cause of exclusivity.
