Flopping Technical will be called by ref just as personal fouls are but can be reviewed by instant replay. If you are assessed two flopping techs in a game, you will be ejected. These technical fouls are held separate from regular techs and you can not be eliminated for any combination of personal fouls, techs or flopping techs.
If a key player has already been assessed a flopping tech earlier in the game and it's clutch time, he won't risk being ejected by flopping again.
Two All Star Player Limit will limit the amount of super stars on one team. The league has turned into whiny entitled cry babies that don't want to compete. A team can only have two players that have previously made the all star game on 3 occasions. This will put more emphasis on "the others" and coaching again.
Also giving the average fan across the country hope and a reason to go to the games and see their favorite team.
