I liked his stuff with SBTRKT but his solo albums are boring to me, before I responded to this I went back and listened to a few tracks and damn. Not my type of rnb at all, I enjoyed BJ the Chicago kid and Brent Faiyaz album more honestly and that music is a lot more 'shallow'. Even James Blake does a better job with this slower sound imo.
