Hell nah. SC4 wasn't the best but it was even if not better than SC3 imo

Yes. The gameplay was great in 4 don't get me wrong. But the options, repay value, story, cos mode, customization, etc was unmatched in 3. After 3 Namco got lazy when it came to the soul series.
