Nah. Hugo Weaving isn't coming back, plus there isn't really any evidence that the character is returning. Arnim Zola is supposed to be coming back, though, probably in his robot form.

proof of what, exactly? that hugo will be in it? i can't provide that because he's not supposed to be in it. but how can you tell a story about bucky/winter soldier w/o going into the origin?
