I've never thought Biden had actual dementia. That's a specific medical condition that only affects a minority of senior citizens. It's overused.
He doesn't have actual dementia, he's just old. But the problem is, he's too old to campaign effectively and half his party doesn't believe in him anymore. So rather than running against Trump he has to run against himself. And he was down in most swing states before the debate. Plus the Gaza issues have a lot of people not wanting to vote for him.
So personally I'd rather he step down and the DNC take their chances on someone else without all that baggage.
