For the past 2 weeks all fukking day & night all i hear is thumping/thudding. My last neighbor never made ANY noise like this, this shyt is so fukking annoying.

You can't stop them from making noise... the only thing you can do is complain since you do not have a private house (or something similar)...

This is why I chose an upstairs apartment. Only way I can hear this chick is if she mad loud on the phone, or when she's having sex with her arab boyfriend.

Sound Good but rarely works. Either
A) They gonna be on some " at your noise complaint"
B) Say "ok no problem, I'm sorry" and then in a few days go back to making the same amount noise. Now they know who snitched on them when that noise complaint hit's they door.

Unfortunately when you're living underneath someone, that is part of the territory. If they are extremely loud then you may have reason to file a noise complaint.
