Jung was that dude.swag on a hundred trillion even in death.
Until his final breath he was trying to put his boy up on game. Told him "I don't even care if you were a cop, you gotta pick a side now." 
Movie is pretty deep.

I was hoping for the miracle and he'd pull through, dude was too cool to go out in the first film of a supposed trilogy.
They definitely gotta show the two doing more dirt in the next two films.

If he survived he'd have to go to war against his boy, off general principle. That was so dope when he tried to give him the oxygen and Jung slapped it away and said "you gotta start thinking like a gangster."
I think the watch he gave Ja Sung was fake, because he was always telling Jung
"you gotta stop rocking that fake shyt man". But I think Ja Sung wore it out of respect even knowing it was fake.

I actually really appreciated that they didn't glorify the violence, too. Besides the films limited use of guns, they often made sure to avoid showing the real gruesome scene.
