Once you let the dysfunction set and fester it is pointless to "blame the parents" or shame. Either the parents were raised just like are raising their kids or problem kids are in an environment that allows them to maximize their fukkery. Only way you can clean it up is by harsh sentences, removing problem kids from the community in their first wave of criminality and not after they do something serious. Not going to even begin to talk about revoking gov assistance because you keep having kids that get into fukkery.

The neighborhoods are terrorized by a small amount of psychopaths and are held down by an overall level of dysfunction sustained by gov assistance that sustains bad birthing/parenting practices. My wife is a classroom aide for four year olds for early Head Start. There is a girl there that hits kids everyday, calls people out of their names, has kicked and pinched my wife, scratched the teacher. Knocks down other kid's toys, takes books, etc. She is there with her girl cousin, also 4. The teacher and my wife call mom. Family dynamics. Five in a home, Grandma, kids, both moms. 4 year old doesn't have a bed time or any structure whatsoever. Mom and grandma on phone, deflecting, saying she's being influenced.

Some people just aren't meant to be parents.

Blame the parents = Doing Nothing

Because you can't control parenting. There is no action you can take to make them better. Just because its their fault doesn't mean they are an actionable solution.


You either get the government to step in.

Or you give thoughts & prayers to the kids that their parents will do better. We've all seen how effective thoughts and prayers are.
