This is how it is for most women, tbh. Some will tell me im wrong, but that video was tailored for sensationalism. Most good looking women get looked at and nothing more. "Guy's don't say anything to me" isn't a common complaint for nothing. What's the urban population out there? 
i live in Australia and New Zealand and i have to say, catcalling isnt apart of the culture here. Ive never actually seen a man catcall on the streets, unless it was at a nighclub or theres a group of wogs(middleasterners/greeks/italians). Tho we would stare the shyt out of that ass, there wouldnt be anything verbal
