Being that the majority of Dems will vote in a bipartisan manner, like they always do, when it comes to Israel this is mostly for public perception
I think I said it on here couple times but the weirdest shyt was when the black democratic mayor and city council in my city made a special announcement, unsolicited cause who the fukk was wondering...., that they stood with Israel and Israel had a right to defend itself. My city has the largest population of black muslims in the country mind you. It was just blatantly obvious someone MADE them do that.
I used to think the narrative that joos ran everything was anti-semitic and a WS talking point but it's pretty much undeniable at this point

Gotta get money out of politics. People are going to say the Dems need to stand against them (I agree) but most of them are gonna end up like Cori Bush and Jamaal Bowman where AIPAC will spend 2 million on LOCAL races where the incumbent will be lucky to amass a few hundred thousand. People who stand on principles get buried monetarily and the people dont support them enough half the time to make it worth it.

Anyone who disagrees is bullshytting. Let any of the good progressives get primaried out and they get a “thank you” and summarily get marginalized while the next corporate Dem goes in. Those of us who care about this are outnumbered by people watching news and social media funded by Israel and Russia. We are fukked.

i've never seen an opportunity like this to reject israel :yeshrug: israel's not calling for the usual money and lip service, they're calling for american military action, and republicans are split

I agree! Now if they say no, the voters need to fukking remember that shyt when the AIPAC money comes flooding in. Again, seeing what they did to Cori and Jaamal when they were actually likable members of Congress was fukking tragic. Just expecting them to do their jobs but not committing the vote when they stand on principles is how we get some Howie Mandel looking “Lets meet in the middle” Dem whenever one shows backbone and gets tossed.

Finally realizing the Dems are bought and paid for? Many been there for awhile actually.
What do you think the Dem members of Congress are going to do by and large?

Israeli protesters continue to take to the streets despite restrictions

Reporting from Amman, Jordan
Al Jazeera is reporting from Amman, Jordan, because it has been banned from Israel and the occupied West Bank.

One of the criticisms that the Israeli government is receiving from the Israeli public is that they are diverting attention away from the war on Gaza and from the captives that are still being held there.

It’s important to note that the attacks on Iran that were conducted by the Israelis nine days ago come as Israel was coming under a lot of international pressure for their conduct in Gaza, for the catastrophic humanitarian situation that has unfolded, the controversy surrounding the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and for the hundreds of Palestinians who have been killed trying to seek this much needed aid.

The Israeli protesters are saying that despite the restrictions, despite the limitations on gatherings, they would still be taking to the streets to send a message to Netanyahu and his government that they have forgotten about their own citizens who are still being held captive in Gaza.

So the Hostage Families Forum said that they’ve organised several different rallies all over Israel, and they’ve also organised online campaigns.

They'll just be accused of being anti-semitic.

Politically it's a no-win situation either way.
