Multiple sources are recycling a story from a central source. most news sources get things from AP our reuters.
That "source" you used was tertiary at best.
Tory didn't say anything that I know of. I believe he's not allowed to say anything. Instead of playing the court of public opinion, we should both allow it to play out in the court of law. Those sources didn't read the report, either.
