NBA players too busy tweeting but are never about it like that.

NFL players have put their careers on the line.

NFL players have spoken out and actually protested.

Kaep alone has brought more attention than any NBA player as far as i can remember.

NBA players have 10 times the power of NFL cats but were not hearing a peep from them :stopitslime:

NBA stans get in here and defend your league.

I don't really want it to be a NFL vs NBA thing, but this is truth. NBA superstars have way more more pull than any nonelite qbs in nfl combined, and yet they haven't said anything .you can't blackball a superstar nba player - it'd be super obvious.

whereas in the NFL you got dudes like Brandon Marshall (the linebacker) and Eric Reid taking a knee knowing very well they might be unemployed next year and not having made a ton of money in their career.

again don't wanna make it nfl dudes vs nba dudes, but some nba players have been treading super lightly when they couldve made a huge difference by taking a stance.

I don't agree with this at all. If NFL players did half of the socio-political protesting shyt that NBA players have done in the past few years, they'd be blackballed.

Kaep kneeled and they got Blake Bortles and Yay Cutler starting over him. Dez Bryant and the Cowboys, as well as the Jets clearly have gag orders on them.

We'll see this season though because these white people are still upset about the kneeling/not standing for the anthem shyt and Beast Mode has made it 100% clear he's not standing for any anthem. The spotlight will be on him that 1st week, especially in light of the current racial tension in the country, and they will be asking players what they think about it.

I think its real nikkas and c00ns in both leagues. When did this my league has less c00ns than yours competition start tho.

I feel like the nba started it with wade bron melo and paul. I know Melo been talking about it for years, bron aint scared to say what his on his mind. Kap took it to the next level. I salute all these guys. Just make it that much easier to spot the real ones.

NFL vs NBA rivalry has definitely Overtaken Bron/MJ/Kobe Banter
Unfortunately, that Nba fan boy culture of stanning playershas leapfrogs to other places in the so-called NFL fools like the OP don't even recognize theyer engaging in that bullshyt.

I couldn't praise Kobe in that work ethic thread before stepping into A Kobe vs Bron chess pool.

That shytty NBA fan boy culture is starting to destroy this board

...i agree with this^^^

i'd rather put more energy into big upping the bruhs who are/have spoken out, rather than bash the players who don't. some people just aren't made for that responsibility, so don't think you're going to shame them into it.
