:stopitslime: that RG3 trade, and the pieces acquired are more than enough to keep him in st.louis.
When you sit back and observed what Seattle, San Francisco, and Arizona have done since st. Louis has drafting their franchise qb, they've have to some nearly enough. Seattle and sf specifically have destroyed and rebuild and both have been in Super Bowl. Arizona undergone changes too. St. Louis has been a major disappointment compared to their divisional rivals...

This man parlayed a mustache and the 1999 season into a 20 year career as NFL Head Coach :mindblown:
A lot of these so called great coaches arent all that great. WHenever you have time look up Gruden's coaching record too. THen factor in his best team was one he inherited from Dungy. Then factor in how average he was when he lost that defensive coordinator.

Lets put it this way: John Gruden
  • Was in Tampa 7 years and won the superbowl his first year there...With a team already built by Dungy
  • After that first year he went the last 6 years WITHOUT a single playoff win and only had 2 appearances
