I am not sure about that. With teams not needing QB's as much, it's easier to find QB's. Dominique Davis was an UDFA and his skill-set is crazy good. I think you can still find steals just as much as in the 80's and 90's.
:wtf: teams love themselves qbs nowadays. what are you talking about ?

the scouting is more advanced and thorough, hence they hit on more talent. I dont really see any counterexamples. tons of great talent in the league were late rounders or UDFAs even 10 years ago. you look at the classes 5 years ago and its nowhere the same.

teams are more willing to take risks on smaller school talent, too.

1. We sign a vet backup or
2. Nothing happens to Ryan.

because if we seriously go into the season with dude as our backup then we're an injury away from picking in the top 10.
