Stafford is arguably even worse than Dalton, misses high nearly as often, hasn't stopped Megatron or even Golden Tate. Elite guys produce irrespective of QB. I'm not a Steelers fan but Brown even with his height was the best WR in the NFL last season.
Speaking of Jordy, think he's getting underrated in this thread. Ppl get this notion of white WR's being little possession guys (Welker, McCaffery, Stokely, Proehl, etc) but dude is big (same size as Julio Jones), more fast than quick, generates explosive plays, is an elite route runner, can make circus catches, has great body control, plays the X Y and Z effectively, was awesome in college (second in biletnikoff voting behind Crabtree at Texas Tech, dominated NFL quality DB's like Talib). Packers have another one of them stashed away in Jeff Janis (who was called a Julio Jones clone as a prospect):
