NFL should add an advantage/quick restart like soccer/rugby

Basically what I'm thinking is that if the offense makes a play for 10+ yards and the refs throw a flag on the defense, they should signal to the QB and give him the option to immediately decline and run the hurry up. That way they can keep the defense on their heels and the game gets less bogged down due to penalties, cause this shyt's getting out of hand.

for various reasons this isnt going to happen.

biggest one is when a flag is thrown its a dead ball and refs have to spot it. lots of times players have no clue what the flag is about and refs have to converse first a lot of times.
proposed change will just cause a ton of confusion, especially on defense, which is already getting taxed like theres not tomorrow.

but its far from the worst idea Ive heard, honestly
