I support China on their claim. the international court should have no jurisdiction over sovereign nations.

Until the court rules on the war crimes of the Bush administration, then they have no credibility.

When have these international.courts ever had credibility?

I do like their governments foreign policy heaps better than ours. Australia better stay off them waters, this isn't piracy patrol near the gulf of Aden.
