I don't see how she hasn't caught a major lawsuit from it yet especially considering that the receipts can easily be pulled showing that she eggs them on. I'm guessing it's because those stans haven't physically done anything as far as my knowledge.

I can't think of any other fandoms whose celebrity eggs on fams and fuels them in the way that Nicki does.

I think it's tough because the common response is gonna be log off and ignore it or like you mentioned nothing done because no one was physically harmed. I don't know what online harassment statutes look like or if any even exist to cover situations like this. Maybe stalking laws will come into play.
