Houston police say the 23-year-old woman's boyfriend stated that he removed a pistol from his waistband and accidentally discharged his weapon.
Is it verified that the culprit is black? I don't want to say anything until it's confirmed. Not surprising at all though, if true. Disappointing but not at all surprising.
