A criminal in Georgia is headed back to jail after accidentally texting his probation officer asking if he had any marijuana.
According to police, the officer received a text from Alvin Cross, Jr. that read: "You have some weed?"
A drug squad promptly raided his home in Albany, where they found a bag of cocaine, WALB reported.
Cross was sentenced to a year in jail after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine.
