I never cared for skin shade. I am Haitian. I think it is really an African-American thing. Some of yall are obsessed with skin shade as much Dominicans. Over the past year all the black girls I have dated where brown and dark skin. I am currently talking to a light skin girl. It makes no difference to me. I am also not obsessed with mixed race women like other people. Sexy is sexy no matter the black skin tone.

Funny thing: while researching the topic, I saw that one site randomly mentioned a study done among gays, in relation to the lightskin/darkskin shyt. Apparently the study suggested that gays prefer their 'tops' to have darker skin, and their 'bottoms' to be lighter-skinned.....so even THEY prefer the 'man' to be darker and the 'woman' to be lighter.........
