Ebro is underrated as an interviewer. Some really good dialogue in this video.
Sadly I know all about them gang enhancements and gang injunctions he speaking on
Early 2000’s I wanna say like 2001, they passed some shyt where when they would take nikkas down to the county they would document what gang they was from and if you caught within a certain distance of another registered gang member after like 8pm they can automatically put you in chains and take you in. I can’t count how many times as a teenager back then we would be coming home from hooping see the pigs pull up and have to run not because we did anything but because we knew they was on a mission to lock us up
