Anyone going there to take pics needs to be evaluated. The fact that multiple people have done it is wild. It looks deserted, why would anyone go back there?

I've been there a couple times and never felt any static, but this has just been my experience of course. And it was always during the daytime too however lol. Looks like it's gotten a lot more deserted since the last time I was out there as well. Glad I got to see the murals in person and pay some respects (moreso as fan of his activism) before this happened. As someone who was into graffiti back in the day, even I was impressed at how beautiful they were. RIP Nip. The alley itself really isn't that secluded of a location, it's right near the corner of slauson and crenshaw. First time I saw the mural it was to pay respects, the second time it was because we were filling up at the gas station next door to it.
