Nissan 305z

Anyone here have one or know about them?

What problems do they usually give you? Are good cars?

I know two ppl who had them but both of them wrecked within 3 months I dont drive crazy (im very careful). Is handling a problem with this whip?

Its on my short list of cars Im trying to decide to get...

06' used to guzzle oil, other than that never had any real problems

and you should be fine with a RWD car in Miami breh, wintertime in North Jersey is a bytch and a half with RWD sportscars (snow, ice, etc...)
the 350z handles like a fukking dream, I remember the first time I drove one, was my boys...he has an 05' electric blue track version. and I never expected the power to move the car they way it did when I hit the gas.

and the other best thing about the Z is that it always turned heads, no matter where I went. it's just an all around good car for the used value.

Yea man im not a speed demon at all but when I hit the gas the response was amazing! I fell in love right then and there I need to ask them why they wrecked so fast though. Both of these niccas can drive but they always cop fast cars...

Still think it's one of the greatest purchases in my adult life.

Sitting in that car is like the weekend; straight party status.


Gas? Hmph... i avg 19-20 city/hwy combined; it's no hybrid that's for sure.


One thing that perturbs me is why the trunk is so shallow; they could have made it a little deeper you can at least place a couple pieces of luggage.

Here's what i mean:

Overall... you won't regret it. I got the 07 GT Premium w/ Navi and Bimbo brakes.


It makes the bimbos brake.

I averaged about 16 city in the Z, and in my A6 I average 12-14 city...it's the way I drive, I got a lead foot, at least it's not like the 8 city I used to get in my truck

I'll be honest though, I used to spank these on the regular in my LS1

but I hear the 370 is a pretty tough competitor these days, but I could have heard wrong.

What is the potential of these nissan motors? Does anyone know? Is there a cost effective way to get these to push more than 400hp without breaking your wallet?

~300whp N/A, 450 w/turbo/supercharger on stock block, whatever you want beyond that

Parts are pricey though. And its heavy. Heavier than a C5 Vette
