I think the PRT gets overlooked since they came out right in the primes of the Native Tongue era, though truth be told I think they were better than the Jungle Brothers. They were very much an East Coast group and even then they didn't really stretch out past the tri-state area and Philly, I mean the group subsisted purely of the strength of it's music.

PS I didn't know Shaheed died. May he RIP.

Yea Soul got better as they went along and you know I liked Tribes 1st album but the vibe doesn't appeal to everyone, so I understand.
