R. Kelly wasn't officially credited as a feature on this song b/c he was in the middle of his trouble, so obviously he wasn't in the video either.
At this time, he was just writing a bunch of songs, doing un-credited features, then later on went by the name Pied Piper.
But he made some dope music around this time.
R. Kelly is the GOAT.....he ended 4 straight lines at the end of the 2nd verse with "this" and it doesn't sound bad. LOL
