I honestly think that some kind of time limit draw double count out non-finish leading to a WK triple threat is the highest achievement for SANADA here, and even I don't really believe that.

It just doesn't make any sense to have Naito not care for the title for a while only to do so again. At least look for a way to keep him somewhat involved, especially since he's been in the IC title picture all year long.

Plus in the grand scheme of things it just makes him look bad. Why would Naito deserve a Heavyweight title opportunity when he can barely hang onto the IC title for longer than a few months? It's just the same shyt, different year.
