i do prisoner extradiction and i've heard from lawyers on this subject as well. so i would appreciate serious answers.

whats the real story/reasoning behind not having a drivers license and not being called mr/mrs so and so in court? i've tried looking this up with no real answers. something along the lines of being considered a corporation/taxes/etc is there any truth to this? i mean i've literally seen lawyers tell their clients not to answer to mr(insert last name) for this reason also i've been told that you have the legal right not to have a driver's license and still operate a vehicle

If you are not suspected of a crime, in some states you don't have to show your drivers license when you are stopped (I think). So yes, you can drive without a license as long as you don't commit a crime

And the the name thing, all I can think of is that you should be called by your full name. First and last name

But your questions were kind of vague

my apologies, something along the lines of losing your identity as a person and then being considered a corporation/business
i heard it in passing and the lawyer didn't explain because he was rushing

By the corporations rules your name isn't yours to use in court because the name will be capitalized based off corporate entity. You aren't represented in court as John Smith the citizen but as JOHN SMITH the tax slave/artificial person. The Attorney doesn't represent you, their duty is to the courts.

Check out Papacy Roman Canon Laws, Elements of Ecclesiastical Law, Blacks Law Dictionary on many other questions u may have.

You don't have to have a driver's license. There's no law that you must have one.
If you operate a motor vehicle that requires a license (motor boat, motorcycle, truck, car), then you have to have one. You can be convicted of operating a motor vehicle without a license. Certain vehicles may not require a license, motor scooter, moped, non-motoroized boat. And some required a special license, 18-wheeler or taxi. If you are found guilty of driving without a license, your charges from that conviction can and usually include being suspended from driving when you don't even have a driving license. Then, if you get caught driving with that conviction, you'll get charged with driving while suspended. This is different than driving without an operator's license. Depending on your jurisdiction, if you get caught driving while suspended multiple times, you'll go to jail.

how do you become a corporation?

Its very easy. Incorporate an LLC in your state and handle all of your affairs through that company. You are now doing business as "Your Company". Any legal ramifications arising from anything that you did directly in your company name can only be held accountable towards your company.

Edit: I actually highly recommend everyone to do this. LLC means you can only lose what you put in so if you get fukked in a lawsuit, you can only lose X amount rather than your whole life. Great for tax purposes as well.

This is that sovereign citizen BS.

The argument is that you (the person) is not the same as you (the paper entity). I've never heard of a reputable lawyer using this kind of stuff though. The reasoning rests in old maritime laws.

A lot of the guys that follow this line of reasoning believe that, at birth, the government creates a paper/corporation you and can therefore borrow against you and you can go to a bank and withdraw "your" 300k or something like that.

In short, the reasoning is flawed and made to fit whatever the person wants it to. Yes you have to have a drivers license, yes you have to pay your taxes, no there isn't some large sum of money waiting for you in some Jewish controlled Illuminati bank, and no you can't get out of trouble by claiming the paper you committed a crime instead of the person you.

If you're looking for more info google sovereign citizens. Buncha crazies.

A routine traffic stop in Arkansas turned into an extraordinarily violent shooting between police and a father-son pair of so-called "sovereign citizens" six weeks ago, shedding light on a secretive and dangerous subculture which believes American laws don't apply to them.

Police fatally shot an Alabama “sovereign citizen” Tuesday during an altercation at an animal shelter.

Investigators said 30-year-old Robert Earl Lawrence became disorderly as he attempted to turn over a stray animal about 12:30 p.m. to the Dothan City Animal Shelter when an employee told him he could not leave without showing identification.

He instead showed paperwork that identified him as a sovereign citizen and, therefore, not bound by federal, state, or local laws.

The shooting rampage at an eastside CiCi's Pizza and Walmart last week is shedding light on people who hate the government and are willing to kill because of it.

The Southern Poverty Law Center estimates there are 300,000 so-called sovereign citizens in the U.S. and that number may be growing in Nevada.
