No it's not. I've had popeyes and I've had Churches, Churche's is a step up from KFC but it ain't seeing Popeyes.
Winners is underrated tho. Living in the south exposes you to chicken chains. No one freaking out if Churches rain out of chicken, tru story.

None of the places mentioned here are ever in the suburbs. You gotta go to a so-so or hood area to get popeyes and churches
