NEW ERA
I made this thread a couple weeks back
http://www.the-coli.com/coliseum/79...king-if-you-had-draft-today.html#.UREJBXy9KSM

And I didn't vote cuz I was truly undecided. All these dudes are neck and neck

But after seeing some of the throws Kaep threw out there in the SB, I'm convinced this dude gonna be the best out of the bunch

His accuracy is amazing. The one throw where he threw it to delanie walker as walker was flanking out to the sidelines and he threw it over Ellerbe's head :wow:

The one throw to I think Vernon Davis down the middle of the field :wow:

He's gonna be the best cuz of his accuracy. I know most chose Cam in the thread I linked above but I haven't seen consistent precision from Cam like I have seen from Kaep. Seriously, he's like a more dangerous Aaron Rodgers

Cam has the highest ceiling but I'm taking Kaep over all these guys. It's amazingly close tho.

Yes, His arm strength is amazing...and when he gets a full offseason reps and learning how to read defenses....He will be a problem. :myman:

He already know how to read defenses, you see the amount of audibles and shifting when he's on the line, nikkas like Vick still can't do that shyt and has been in this league for years

Thank goodness my Giants won't have it too bad in the NFC with RG3 Acl injury:lawd:

His biggest issue now is his timing, a lot of times he is late on throws, but he throws such bullets that he makes up for it since he can get the ball in quicker than most qbs. and he doesn't get really deep into his progressions, its usually 1 or 2 reads, then run.

But Russell da gawd >>>>>>>> Krapernick.

he is late on throws, which is the biggest knock on him

he was 1 for 8 throwing into the endzone this season, which is a weird stat but helps highlight his issues with being late on throws.

He needs to learn how to throw receivers open instead of throwing to open receivers. Luck, RG3, Cam, and Russy all do that better than him right now.

he is also a 1 or 2 read and run QB right now, which those other four are not.

Because of that, he is still behind all 4 even though he has the best situation at the moment.

What I will say is that his arm strength is better than all the young QBs. He throws fire.

It became obvious that he didn't have enough time to work with his receivers during the Super Bowl. That will come in time.

What I will say about him is that he's a smarter runner than RGIII imo. Kaep sees EVERYTHING around him when he's running upfield and protects himself better than any running QB I've seen...no lie.

I will never give up on you, Cam, let all these nikkas suffer the sophomore slump while you go on to that 3rd year playoff run

I dont understand your first sentence, and I disagree with the bolded. The Fiasco is better at protecting himself than Kaep. Russy is also better at buying time than the other guys too.

I never seen Russy take a big hit.

Very true....but his runs are more a byproduct of broken plays, not the straight read option.

even in straight read options, Russy knows how to slide and get out of bounds. But for sure, Russy is the best scrambler out of everyone.

Kaep is faster, but he got a little bit of that RG3 and Cam "I am a football player" thinking where they take unnecessary hits.

Kaep is special tho. His arm strength is better than everyones.

I really, REALLY hope he and Davis can establish even more of a connection than what we saw this postseason because the game will become more easier than him. I also like that he is helping Crabtree reach his talent level.

Obviously I am biased and think RG3, depending on how his knee recovers, is the best of all of them but Kaep is special.

Consistent precision is what separates Kaep from Cam

from a straight accuracy standpoint:

1. Kaep
2. Russ
3. RGIII
4. Cam
5. Luck
