I work HR Employee Relations at a hospital and many black people in the Service departments like Material/Linen handling, Housekeeping, Sterile Processing, Transport, Food Service really do act like the neighborhood rules apply at work. I've had so many black men and women lie to me about shyt they were first hand witnesses of.

I work in EVS myself now…

Its cool.



My position doesn’t require me to be around folks like that.


At the end of the day, you gotta watch everyone at work.

Listen, if I’m doing work out there that’s actually contributing positively to the world and doing good things then I don’t want a team half-assing for a paycheck. I’d rather people have that job who care about what they’re doing and not resting their laurels on a cushy paycheck. I’d snitch no questions, get the fukk off my team.

Most other jobs, then nah, here for the paycheck like everyone else on some bullshyt project that is there mainly to make people money.
