no matter what type of Hip Hop an artist does they can always eat well in Europe

it's crazy how Europe and maybe parts of the world loves Hip Hop more than the States.

Masta Ace does extremely well out there and always tours out there instead of here. he said in the states, i'll do a show then maybe hundreds of people come through but in Europe thousands and ten thousands of people show up. he just sold out a couple shows out there for his tour.




Migos got the same love, selling out shows and getting mad love from the fans in Europe.





Big L during the last years of his death was touring alot in Europe. he got love from cats in Croatia, got them to do whatever he said with O.C.

Europe is like that in any genre when it comes to American artist. Period. Japan is too. ASAP Mob members including Playboi Carti who don't even have tapes out were able to book shows & tour there.

I have a lot of friends in hardcore/punk bands who no one on this forum would even know or heard of and they are all able to tour Europe & sell out shows. they all said Europe is one of the most appreciative places when it comes to this music shyt. They just love Americsn music & have a really big appreciation & love for it, esp since its rarer for them to be able to see artist like we are. When you aren't as spoiled, you appreciate things more.

It's like, say I know Future gonna come play near me soon on his Solo tour, but chances are he'll perform here a year or 6 months from now anyways either on his own or on someone else's tour so you end up just being like "oh, I'll see him next time he comes around".. Euros don't have that luxury

For comparison

Example: this is a hardcore/punk fest turn out in the US, it's the biggest fest every year within the genre, across the globe. People fly in and all over from the US to Canada to Australia to go to it. this band is one of the biggest currently within there genre, they can go and play Germany and play to hundreds of kids and sell out shows.. Which is considered impressive in that culture if you consider the fact that they aren't a Euro band, this is hardcore/punk.. Not rap.. Where making a name for yourself over seas is 20x harder
