Ok, he's already losing since he'll be watching from home instead of going for his 6th ring I know, but if Duncan wins:

he becomes arguably the best of the generation over Kobe. And if Lebron wins, he establishes himself further as better than Kobe all time, and the closest to Jordan (if he already hasn't done this) :manny:

Both players Legacies benefit greatly while Kobe becomes less relevant, fades into obscurity and retires in 2014? :ld:

Laker fans, who would you rather have win.......for Kobes sake? Matter fact, I wonder who Kobe is rooting for:ohhh:

The Jordan era led to the Duncan Era and the Duncan Era led to the LeBron era.

:childplease: fukk outta here. Duncan never won back 2 back. Parker is the best player on this team. In the last championship Spurs won, Parker was the best player too....

but i'd rather Spurs win.

Why does that matter? Are you kobestans so pressed for distinctions that you are coming up with this sort of crap?

The way I see it, Kobe won 2 titles by himself, and even that is arguable because Gasol was just as important for those 2 titles.

And I would even argue further that the competition during those years wasn't as good. 2009 vs Orlando (Boston had their players injured and couldn't make it to the finals), 2010 vs Boston (game 7 at home and Kobe wet the bed but the team bailed them out) ..

But I also argue that Lebron needed some help to win his 1st title. So in my eyes, Kobe has 2 as the main option, and Lebron has 1 as the co-main option with D-Wade.

So Tim Duncan wins, even though I hate the guy

Oh, the stipulation game, we playing that? Kobe never won more than 1 MVP, or 2 final MVPs :smugbiden:

Duncan's team has never missed the playoffs either and has the highest winning percentage in the 4 major sports since he joined them :smugfavre:
