I agree with this. When he went from being more of an "observer" of the gangster lifestyle to acting like he was a gangster and all of that Don Mega stuff, he lost something (though he was still putting out songs like "Ghetto Vet" and the first War and Peace is solid though the second one is awful). He rebounded with Laugh Now Cry Later and I thought Raw Footage was even better. I Am the West was a step back though, kind of a placeholder album so we'll see how the new one is.

Westside Connection was good for what it was (mindless gangster rap), but when you consider it had WC and Cube sinking to Mack 10's level rather than bringing Mack 10 up to theirs, it's hard to rate.

Hell yeah. nikka is mad consistent. Straight Outta Compton till Death Certificate Cube is probably the GOAT rapper. Let's break it down b:

Classic Group Album: Straight Outta Compton, Bow Down.
Classic Solo Album: Amerikkka's Most Wanted, Death Certificate.
Great Solo Album: The Predator, Lethal Injection.
Great Tail End of Career Album: Laugh Now Cry Later(shyt bangs b).
Classic Diss: No Vaseline.
THE Chill out song: It Was A Good Day.

nikka also is one of the first rappers to get into movies and has actually made a decent career out of it. Is still widely respected in the game, and has done more to, for and by the rap game then your favorite rapper's favorite rapper.

And to all those "No Vaseline is overreated nikkaz" You shytting on No Vaseline and then talk about Hit Em Up? Which other than Pac's first verse is full of Outlawz crap, and pacs verse was some straight up "I'm a gangsta" shyt that got Pac killed, while No Vaseline destroyed NWA's cred and for the most part destroyed Ruthless records and broke NWA up. I love Pac, nikkaz is my favorite, but Hit Em Up was a low point that I had to go at nikkaz for calling the best diss when out of all the big ones it's the worst.

Exactly not too many rappers can fucc wit his discography cube has classic lps, classic ep, and classic group albums. He definitely deserves top 5 for the work he put in.
